These crackers are grain free, nut free and gluten free & packed full of healthy fats and proteins. These crackers are a power house, high fiber snack perfect for hummus, avocado or any of your favorite dips!

Ingredients:

1/2 cup pumpkin seeds

1/2 cup sunflower seeds

1/2 cup sesame seeds

1/2 cup chia seeds

1/2 cup ground flax seeds

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp sea salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

5 drops rosemary essential oil (optional)

1 cup water

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl & let sit for 3-5 mins until the chia seed has absorbed the water. Lay down silicone mat or non stick baking paper (DON'T use wax paper). Spread mixture as thin as possible on sheet. Bake for 35-40 mins. Gently flip & bake for another 25-30 mins. Check often to get crackers as crispy as possible without over baking. Let crackers cool completely before cutting into squares. Sprinkle with additional sea salt to taste. Store in a DRY sealed container.
